I offer practical skills, modules/teaching from the experts at Seattle Children's, support using the SPACE protocol from Dr. Eli Lebowitz, introduction/practice in mindful self-compassion as well as many other science backed and contemplative tools.
Dr. Short is currently seeing patients virtually and can take most insurance plans.
