Mindful Self-Compassion

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion, providing a powerful tool for emotional resilience. The MSC program was developed by Christopher K. Germer, PhD and Kristin Neff, PhD, based on decades of research and historical knowledge.

 

MSC enhances mental, emotional, and physical well being. It boosts happiness, reduces anxiety and depression, decreases burnout, and much more.
