About Dr. Kate Short
Naturopathic Doctor, Compassionate Parenting Specialist and Bridge to Support for caregivers and the youth they love.
I am a Naturopathic Doctor and trained Midwife in the state of Washington. I joyfully worked as a primary care physician in family practice for 10 years and now specialize in mental and behavioral health. I work with caregivers to support them, in supporting their youth. I also love working with children and teens. I use a variety of skills, evidence based tools, and medication/supplements, if desired.
I integrate compassionate mindfulness into both my personal and professional life. I am a proud mom of 2 energetic and loving kids and feel very blessed to be enjoying life with my partner. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, camping, spending time outdoors, photography, and most of all my family.
